　　We can provide you with various specifications of diamond – hard alloy compacts with diameter of 4-25mm, thickness of polycrystalline diamond layer (also known as polycrystalline layer) of 0.5-4mm and total height of 2-25mm. 　　The PDC or polycrystalline diamond synthesized under ultrahigh pressure and high temperature have extremely high wearproof property and are the ideal materials under the conditions which need high wearproof and high accuracy. Polycrystalline diamond layer has the microstructure which will grow into rigid framework. The hard alloy substrate in PDC will allow an easy welding of polycrystalline diamond block besides it greatly increases the integral impact resistance.
　　According to the difference of use requirement, the grain size of the crystal grain of diamond in polycrystalline diamond layer may be selected between 2-25microns. Generally speaking, the thinner the grain size is, the higher smoothness will be gained; the polycrystalline diamond layer with coarse grain size will show better wearproof property and long service life. The polycrystalline diamond layer with intermediate grain size of 7-15 microns will have better smoothness and longer service life.
